I find that nature is a powerful source of inspiration and energy for me, and I make sure to recharge myself regularly so that I can be fully present and of service to my clients. In my personal life, I prioritize my health and well-being, believing strongly that true transformation and healing requires attention to the body, mind, and spirit. I enjoy spending time in nature with my beloved family and my adorable dog Coco, and I love to cook in my spare time.
